We are owned and operated by the Jefferson Bulk Milk Cooperative which currently consists of 22 local dairy farmers in Northern NY. We sell many local favorites such as Cheese Curd, Croghan Bologna, fresh NYS Maple Syrup and Croghan Candy Kitchen sweets.

Everything leaves our shop within 2 days of your purchase. We ship anywhere in the USA with UPS 2 day shipping in an insulated cooler box. Place your order online and we would be glad to make your TASTE OF NY dreams come true!
