Maple Cream can be used on anything! And it is 100% pure maple syrup, nothing is added to it! (We just cook it differently and churn it into a spread) Try it on toast, bagels, pancakes, waffles and french toast. You can also make a ham glaze with it or even use it in dessert batters or frosting!

We are owned and operated by the Jefferson Bulk Milk Cooperative which currently consists of 22 local dairy farmers in Northern NY. We sell many local favorites such as Cheese Curd, Croghan Bologna, fresh NYS Maple Syrup and Croghan Candy Kitchen sweets.
