How will my package be shipped?
Our packages are sent in insulated coolers with Uline Ice Packs to ensure that your products remain cold when they arrive.
WHEN CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
Orders can be placed 7 days a week, however any order placed Thursday through Sunday will not be fulfilled until the following Monday. This ensures that your order gets to you fresh and cold!
How long does shipping take?
We ship all of our packages with UPS 2-Day Express shipping.
Where does my order ship from?
Everything is hand packed and ships right from our shop in Watertown, NY!

What is your exchange policy?
We will replace a damaged or spoiled product if it is not received by you in 3 business days.
We will need proof of damage in the form of pictures. They can be sent to services@thecheesestorenny.com. We will verify tracking information.

Tell me about your cheese curd
We receive fresh cheese curd every Thursday morning from the Great Lakes Cheese plant in Adams, NY.
We make all of our own flavorings for our flavored cheese curd.
What are your store hours?
Our store hours are Monday – Friday from 9am to 6:30 pm and Saturdays from 9am - 5pm.
Do you offer corporate gifts?
We have a large selection of gift boxes available that are both shelf stable and cold packed. We would love to help you send a thank you to your employees, customers or business partners. Please email sales@thecheesestorenny.com for product information and pricing. We can include personalized gifts from you in the gift and include a personalized note from you. We package and ship all of the gifts for you!
